Trish has a background in family services, family violence, children’s counselling and child safety. Most recently, Trish headed Education and Coaching with Child Wise and prior to that spent over 15 years with Anglicare Victoria and 7 years at Berry Street Victoria. She is a highly experienced, values driven leader who is calm and agile in the face of challenge and change.

Accomplished HR practitioner having led the delivery of best practice reforms in employee life cycle services – recruitment, selection, induction, performance and management capability over many years. Lynne designed and rolled out the awarded Aboriginal employment resource (Kareeta Yirramboi) in the Victorian public service, increased Aboriginal graduate employment from an imperceptible level to 10 per cent of all graduate hires and maintained a 100 per cent retention rate of Aboriginal graduates over four consecutive years.

As a consultant Glenn works with Boards and executive teams on strategy, planning, mergers and risk management. He is also keenly interested in ensuring we survive the climate emergency.

Glenn studied at the Harvard Business School, completing the Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management program. He holds three degrees in: social work; social policy and research; and accounting. He is currently a ministerial appointee to the Disability Services Board.
